this is a very good course

Someone on your team is already doing this with ChatGPT

Emails, posts, summaries, images for a presentation. Sometimes AI saves hours. Sometimes the result needs to be rebuilt from scratch, and the person quietly goes back to doing it by hand.

The difference comes from the task, the context, and the review. The course turns scattered experiments into a shared way of working: one language, clear rules, and repeatable first scenarios.

what changes

The team gets more done with the same people

First versions stop taking days: a briefing before a call, a proposal structure, a project digest, a spreadsheet review. The people you need for hard decisions can spend more time on hard decisions.

The course makes everyday work faster and more economical.

01
Speed
Drafts, summaries, and first structures come together in hours. The discussion starts sooner.
02
Repeatability
A useful run becomes a scenario: the team can repeat it, share it, and improve it.
03
Economics
The team learns which work needs more people and which work needs a clearer process.

How the course works

Before the course, we learn about the company and choose the tasks. In the sessions, we show how to solve them with AI. Afterwards, the team keeps the materials and recommendations.

An orientation meeting: we meet the participants, choose the tasks, and collect the materials.A Business Buddy connects the program to the company’s tasks and supports the group to the final meeting.
  2. 02
    During
    the course
Eight sessions of two hours. Each one combines a topic, examples, and practice on your tasks.
  3. 03
    Between
    sessions
The team tries AI in its work. We use a separate meeting to review questions, hard cases, and practice results.

An eight-session route

In eight sessions, the team learns to give AI part of the work: prepare documents, reports, and content, analyse data, and create small applications.

Context windows, focus, tools, and myths about prompts. We use live examples to see why one request moves the task forward while another produces confident text without much use.
We meet file-based agents, see how they differ from a regular chat, and learn what they can do with documents, spreadsheets, and folders. Each participant chooses one or two tasks and prepares the materials.
Take a real task from your work and go through the whole route: explain the desired result, provide the materials, and review the output. Then repeat the approach with reports, summaries, and documents.
Learn how to connect context, tools, and access: the foundation for repeatable work that follows the company’s standards.
A session with Kirill Ivanov. Product scenes, animated renders, short videos, and series of options, with a clear human role in the selection.
Bring stuck tasks, odd answers, and visuals with artefacts. We review and repair them together.
A session with Roman Bordunov. We use your site, channels, brand materials, and news to build a position, content themes, and posts.
The densest session. From an idea, a folder of materials, and a short specification to interface, logic, review, and publishing: a web proposal, bot, dashboard, or document generator.

Bring tasks that are in the work right now

Sales, requests, analytics, a knowledge base, or an idea for an internal tool. We turn them into agent routes: where to get context, what to check, and where the decision stays with a person.

We agree on data use upfront

The program covers what can be given to an agent, where de-identified copies are needed, which actions require permission, how to check facts and numbers, and where the decision stays with a person. Sensitive materials can be covered by an NDA for the specific engagement.

Questions people ask before joining

The course is for leaders and teams that want to use AI in documents, analytics, sales, marketing, and internal processes. We learn about the participants before the start, cover the mechanics together, and let each person practise on tasks from their role. No programming experience is needed.
Many courses are tied to services, interfaces, and prompts that are current during the training. Here the team learns how to orient itself in AI: understand new tools, learn them independently, and find useful applications in the work.
Before the start, we learn about the company, choose tasks for review, and collect materials. During the sessions, participants work with their own documents, spreadsheets, content, analytics, and processes.
A computer and a paid subscription to one of the services: ChatGPT, Claude, Antigravity, or Cursor. We choose additional tools for the group’s tasks and check access before the first session.
Yes, when company policy allows the chosen services to receive the materials. We de-identify sensitive data in advance, agree access rights, and can discuss an NDA for the specific engagement.
At the beginning, the team learns what shapes the result: how to set the task, choose materials and tools, and review the answer. These principles make it easier to learn new models and agents without starting from zero.
Code can help with many business tasks: combine documents, process data, automate calculations, and build internal tools. Vibe coding opens these possibilities to people without development experience, including accountants, marketers, and leaders.
On the course, the team learns to solve tasks with AI independently and builds the first working approaches. Processes that need integrations, ongoing support, or development can be assessed separately. Afterwards, it is clearer where team skill is enough and where an implementation project is needed.
A process map, practice materials, recordings and summaries, course demos, access to AIstudy, and a final review. Skills are ready-made instructions for repeatable tasks such as preparing a report or presentation by company rules.
